The Head of Office has attended the Seminar on “Rural Reconstruction” in commemoration of 150th Birth Anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore held on 17th -18th January 2011 at Eastern Regional Centre, An.S.I, Kolkata.
The Head of Office has also attended the meeting on “12th Plan Project” held on 19th January 2011 at Eastern Regional Centre, An.S.I, Kolkata.
The Assistant Keeper, has attended the Annual National Conference of MAI on “Museum – as a center of education” held from 28th -30th December 2011 at Assumption College, Chagnacherry, Kerala and presented his paper entitled “Role of Anthropological Museums in India” successfully.
Sh. Amit Soni, Assistant Keeper, has been elected as Vice-President of Museums Association of India in the General Body Meeting on 30th December 2011 held in the Annual National Conference of MAI at Assemption College, Changnacherry, Kerala. It is a matter of great honour and responsibility.
Sh. Rajesh Roshan has appeared for Pre-Registration Seminar of his Ph.D. Degree conducted at Dept. of Anthropology, Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand on 10th January 2011 void Head Office order no. F.No.7-107/2010/Estt. dt. 21st December 2011. His topic for Ph.D. Degree, i.e., “Common Property Resources in Tribal Jharkhand” is accepted in the same.
